Akaash has coached students from all over the world, enabling them to gain entry to top schools and universities, such as Imperial College London, Cambridge and Oxford. He is a scientist and technologist specializing in cell biology and the therapeutic potential of living cells. 

​

Akaash’s expertise spans engineering, biophysics, and cell biology. He has a PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Cambridge (gaining several PhD awards), alongside an MSc and a BENG in Biochemical Engineering from Imperial College London and UCL, respectively. He has also worked at the Georgia Institute of Technology/Emory University (USA), where he developed stem cell bioprocessing technologies. and taught at Masters/undergraduate level.

Akshay has tutored students at all levels, including entrance exam applications at prestigious secondary schools. He is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Leeds, particularly interested in the application of mathematical/ statistical methods to provide novel insights in the healthcare setting.

 

He has previously gained a PhD in health data science from the University of Sheffield, an MSc in Statistics from the University of Nottingham and a BSc in Actuarial Science and Mathematics from the University of Manchester.
